This panel can provide ~35W of power through USB-C PD to your power bank if you're lucky, with the max peak I measured being 42W lasting just a few seconds and never occurring again. The panel can be switching between various solar panel load modes for some reason. For example, if you connect USB-C PD after unfolding the panel you may get a maximum of 15W of power even in direct sunlight. If you shadow it a bit or fold it and unfold back while the USB-C device is connected, you may then get it to work in better mode being 20~30W or even 35W+. Furthermore, a passing by cloud can switch the panel into less efficient USB-C PD charging mode so you may have to babysit this panel constantly.

Other thing worth to note, DC provides a maximum of 20V (not 18V as advertised, checked with DC-DC converter with screen, it consumes ~3W). It does provide 18.75V or 15V when usb-c is connected and there is some load already on the panel. Don't connect directly to it without power station, DC converter or stabilizer or you may damage your devices. Someone at ALLPOWERS should really retest their products.

All in all, it has a mysterious unpredictable usb-c PD charging and DC output voltage, which may be highly inefficient at times if not unsafe. I hope they revise such panels to be more efficient and stable USB-C PD chargers or at least do more test and clarify the expected performance with each output under direct sunlight, as well as fix any possible instabilities I'm personally facing with the current revision.

3/5 as a standalone solution. It does work but not as efficiently as you may be expecting. It also has problems, may be unsafe for laptops and the specification data seems to be "a bit" off at best, if not misleading. It's probably the best option to get yourself a power station for it if you want to extract the most stable power from this panel.
